Staff Augmentation: This is the typical case where you have your management team locally, but you need to add quality professionals to the team. Essentially, your extended offshore team works exactly as part of your team holding several meetings every day, reporting to your managers. This model is typically charged per hour or per month if we’re talking about fulltime resources.
Managed Services: This scenario allows you to strategically outsource day-to-day management responsibilities and functions business units to improve your company´s operations and overall efficiency while still maintaining direct oversight. Whether it’s Accounting, Call-Center or Data-Entry, let us put our know-how and experience to work for your organization.
Cost-Plus: This scenario most similarly replicates the risks and responsibilities of having an in-house team. You would be paying for all costs (salary, materials, benefits, etc) plus a management fee. This model allows you to see and control exactly where your funds are being allocated. We take care of the management and day-to-day operations of the team without stripping you of final oversight. For companies looking to take on a larger dedicated team, this engagement model represents an interesting option.
Fixed price: This scenario is used when there’s a specific project, usually relatively small, and the scope is clearly defined. We use this model with many customers who have small projects and clear requirements and it’s charged on a per project basis. In this model you provide an initial brief specification or description of the project’s goal and we provide a price range typically within 72 hours. If the price range is within your budget, we move on to a Q&A to gain a better understanding of the details to be able to provide an exact figure. If everything meets your expectations, we get started on the project almost immediately.
